Romans 1:16-17 King James Version (KJV)

 16For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

 17For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Romans 5:1-5 King James Version (KJV)

 1Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

 2By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

 3And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

 4And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

 5And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

1 Peter 1:6-8 King James Version (KJV)

 6Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:

 7That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

 8Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

James 2:14-20 King James Version (KJV)

 14What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?

 15If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,

 16And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?

 17Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

 18Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

 19Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

 20But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Galatians 2:16 King James Version (KJV)

 16Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

Faith. What is it? Have it? If so in whom or in what? Is your faith strong or weak? Losing faith? The Christian faith is in God by our Lord Jesus Christ, through His Grace, Sacred Word, and Holy Spirit. Believing, obeying, hoping and trusting in Him who we cannot see. Jesus is the Lord and the image of God. Humanity is depraved and we need a Savior. Anyone who repents, and calls out to Jesus will be saved by grace through faith; Rom 10:13, Eph 2:8 Although we are saved by grace and not works, our faith will produce obedience and good works towards the Lord.

Be advised that faith in Jesus alone is not what saves; James 2:24

Romans 3:22-23 King James Version (KJV)

 22Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

 23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Your faith will be tested.

Works alone can’t save you, but if you have faith you will produce good works. Or vice versa;

Faith alone without works does not save either.

Have faith! Jesus is with you.

Matthew 8:26 King James Version (KJV)

 26And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

Matthew 14:30-32 King James Version (KJV)

 30But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.

 31And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

 32And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.

Matthew 9:1-7 King James Version (KJV)

 1And he entered into a ship, and passed over, and came into his own city.

 2And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.

 3And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemeth.

 4And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

 5For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?

 6But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.

 7And he arose, and departed to his house.

Luke 18:8 King James Version (KJV)

 8I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

Acts 14:21-23 King James Version (KJV)

 21And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch,

 22Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

 23And when they had ordained them elders in every church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom they believed.

Matthew 8:5-13 King James Version (KJV)

 5And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,

 6And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

 7And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.

 8The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

 9For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

 10When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

 11And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

 12But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

 13And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

Hebrews 5:9 King James Version (KJV)

 9And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

Hebrews 12:2 King James Version (KJV)

 2Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Romans 10:14-17 King James Version (KJV)

 14How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

 15And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

 16But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

 17So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Faith comes by hearing the word of God.

Faith

Faith

No matter what, Keep your eyes on Jesus!

1 Corinthians 1:18-27 King James Version (KJV)

 18For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

 19For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

 20Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

 21For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

 22For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:

 23But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;

 24But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

 25Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

 26For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:

 27But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

Philippians 3:4-9 King James Version (KJV)

 4Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more:

 5Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;

 6Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.

 7But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.

 8Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

 9And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

In Philippians 3:1-11 The Apostle Paul was talking about all his bragging rights. Where all of his knowledge and works of which nobody else could challenge him, in the end meant nothing. He considered all those things dung compared to the knowledge of Christ and to be found approved by Him, again by faith.

Luke 6:46-50 King James Version (KJV)

46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like:

48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.

49 But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

Luke 11:27-28 King James Version (KJV)

 27And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

 28But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

James 1:22-24 King James Version (KJV)

 22But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

 23For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:

 24For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

Colossians 1:9 King James Version (KJV)

 9For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ. If your not sure what our faith is about, let me remind you of its simplicity. “We are sinful, depraved and we need a Savior. Once we sincerely repent and bow our knee to Christ He will save us”; Matt 18:11, Acts 2:21, Rom 14:11, 2 Cor 12:21.http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matt%2018:11&version=KJVhttp://av1611.com/kjbp/kjv-bible-text/Ac-2.html?vhl=21http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Romans+14:11&version=KJVhttp://av1611.com/kjbp/kjv-bible-text/2Co-12.html?vhl=21shapeimage_8_link_0shapeimage_8_link_1shapeimage_8_link_2shapeimage_8_link_3

2 Thessalonians 2:3 King James Version (KJV)

 3Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

1 Timothy 4:1 King James Version (KJV)

 1Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

I pray the Holy Spirit will show you the great mysteries of God; Col 1:9. Ask questions. Study the Bible day and night, because the times are bad. Guard yourselves from deceivers, false teachers and false prophets; 2 Tim 3:13. I’m shocked to see some todays top preachers falling away, giving in to the world, and weakening the message of God!http://av1611.com/kjbp/kjv-bible-text/Col-1.html?vhl=9http://av1611.com/kjbp/kjv-bible-text/Col-1.html?vhl=9http://av1611.com/kjbp/kjv-bible-text/2Ti-3.html?vhl=1shapeimage_9_link_0shapeimage_9_link_1shapeimage_9_link_2

2 Corinthians 11:3 King James Version (KJV)

 3But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

2 Timothy 3:1 King James Version (KJV)

 1This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

Galatians 2:20 King James Version (KJV)

 20I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Proverbs 1:7 King James Version

 7The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Science is still hypothesizing and theorizing the answer to the universe. Christians already know the answer.

Departing, losing or changing to the wrong faith?

The Centurion’s Faith

Faith Vs. Worldly Knowledge

True Faith means obedience to Christ.

Jesus knows your thoughts. No need to yell or make repetition.

Ephesians 2:8-10 King James Version (KJV)

 8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

 9Not of works, lest any man should boast.

 10For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Matthew 6:7 King James Version (KJV)

 7But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

John 1:3 King James Version

 3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

John 14:6 King James Version (KJV)

 6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

1 John 5:10-12 King James Version (KJV)

 10He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

 11And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

 12He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

God’s salvation is through Jesus Christ only.

1 John 5:1-4 King James Version (KJV)

 1Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

 2By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.

 3For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

 4For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

Hebrews 11:1 King James Version (KJV)

 1Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:6 King James Version (KJV)

 6But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Faith works by love.

Galatians 5:5-6 King James Version (KJV)

 5For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

 6For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

1 Timothy 6:20 King James Version (KJV)

 20O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:

Hebrews 1:1-2 King James Version (KJV)

 1God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

 2Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

Our faith in Jesus Christ is the Victory.

Romans 8:36-37 King James Version (KJV)

 36As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

 37Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

John 20:27-29 King James Version (KJV)

27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.

28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.

29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
